A refrigeration equipment customer recently secured a large-scale government project in Southeast Asia, covering 120,000 units across two equipment categories. Our refrigeration controllers were selected for the equipment supplied to this project.
To meet the local operating conditions, we customized and optimized the controllers with a focus on water protection and wide-voltage operation, including a 110–250V AC input range.
The first batches have been successfully delivered and are now operating in local equipment, while the remaining units are being delivered according to the project schedule.
Designed for Local Conditions
Southeast Asian environments bring high humidity, moisture, and varying power supply conditions. Based on the customer's equipment and application requirements, we focused on two key areas:
Enhanced Waterproof Protection
We strengthened the controller's front-panel protection and sealing design to better handle humid and moisture-prone working environments:
- Waterproof face film
- Sealing protection
- Waterproof adhesive
- IPX4 protection
110–250V Wide-Voltage Input
The controller was optimized for a 110–250V AC wide-voltage range, providing greater flexibility for different power supply conditions and equipment configurations.
From Customization to Mass Production
This project was more than a standard product order. Our engineering team worked with the customer to adapt the controller to the actual equipment requirements, covering:
| Stage | What We Did |
|---|---|
| Application | Understood the equipment type, environment, and project requirements |
| Specification | Defined controller specs: output count, voltage range, protection level |
| Optimization | Customized waterproof sealing and wide-voltage circuitry |
| Testing | Validated samples under simulated local conditions |
| Mass Production | Scaled up to 120,000 units with consistent quality |
| 120,000 Units | 2 Equipment Categories |
| 110–250V AC | Customized Waterproof Protection |
Built for Real-World Refrigeration
For us, OEM/ODM means more than changing a product label. It means understanding the customer's equipment, working environment and project requirements — and adapting the controller accordingly.
From the first sample to mass production, our goal is simple: a controller that works with the equipment, not just on the specification sheet.
